These Galway finals brought a real surprise..
The U-12 were won by the the Claregalway team, beating Ballinasloe for the first time ..this was a breakthrough game for the young team beating the reining All-Ireland champions.
The U-16 were won by the the Ballinasloe team, this is their 5th or 6th Galway / Connaught title in a row and they went on again to win a 4th All-Ireland if sucessfull again this year. Congratulations to them !
