Borris played in Ireland in 1988 he did a short tour to Ireland playing in Kilkenny and Trinity college Dublin. My coach Denis Kelleher, had dinner with Borris and it was just as good for him as meeting his hero Fisher. The Spassky-Fisher match inspired Denis to teach us chess, and many like him.
And his match with Fisher in 1972 was the most famous world title match ever. Both players were under extreme pressure and still they created beautiful games.
